- Overall Player Rating Update
- All European Leagues Updated to the 2025-2026 Season
- All Asian Leagues Updated to the 2026 Season
- All Latin American Leagues Updated to the 2026 Season
- Replaced the PLA League with Major League Soccer (MLS)
- Replaced the PAS League with the Japan J1 League
- Replaced the PEU League with the German Bundesliga
- Replaced the CSL with the BRI Super League
- Added several MLS and Liga Mexico teams to Other American Teams
- Added many Asian, European, and American national teams
- Added several UCL/UEL teams to Other Europe
- Added AFC Champions League Elite & Two teams
- Added classic teams
- Updated minifaces, flags, and managers
- Added ML coaches
- Changes to the 5-player substitution regulation in the league
- etc.
How to Install
- Before installing, delete the old patch.
- Make sure you have deleted the option file and the old patch database file from the server. (.bin) or cpk
- No DLC datapacks 1-7 required
- Double-click "t99_2021_v10_setup.exe" and enter your password to continue the installation process.
- Select the correct installation location.
- After the installation is complete, don't forget to regenerate DpFileList.bin.
- Done
