Tool edits DECRYPTED Option FILE
To use tool first decrypt EDIT00000000 and rename it to OF.bin and store next to PESEDITOR.exe
Run tool and load OF
Options are saved as you click buttons
Please report bugs
Had to disable some features [ OF2 import and CSV import as they make issues ]
Players skill as also disabled at this moment
