How to install:
  • Before installing, delete the old patch first
  • Make sure you have deleted the option file and the old patch database file from cider (.bin) or cpk
  • Can use datapack DLC 1-7 or not
  • Click 2x "t99_2021_v4_setup.exe" and enter the password to continue the install process
  • Choose the install location correctly
  • After the install process is complete, don't forget to regenerate DpFileList.bin
  • Finished
